Recipes, BBQ & Other
   

CHILI DIP 

Given to me by Donna Strong, a manager at DEC, back in the 1980's

    
      
1, 12 oz.   can of chili, no beans 
1, 12 oz.   can of chili, with beans
3/4 lb.    cube of Velveeta cheese
8 oz.       container of sour cream
1, 4 oz.   can of chopped green chili's
   
Mix and heat both cans of chili with Velveeta in pan until all blended and liquid. Add sour cream and green chili's. Blend for a few minutes. Salt to taste. Serve warm and keep warm or it will solidify and not taste so good.
